Climate Surveys

We survey company climates and units to monitor progress made on a regular basis. The diversity monitor evaluates the conditions under which diversity-related issues can be generated and solved on a regular basis.

Training of representative Employment Equity and Skills Development Committees

The Employment Equity Act is open to various interpretations. Committees are often re-elected and new members of such forums are in need of training. These two day workshops assist the team to understand the relevant legislation and to have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities. The workshop is aligned with the relevant Unit Standard. We provide the committee with a draft constitution and dispute mechanisms and leave them with a step by step action plan.
