ANCOR EMPOWERMENT is a Human Resources firm, specialising in the areas of employee relations, skills training and diversity management. The company is a fully accredited Training Provider with the ETQA for Human Resources, the SABPP. The company was established in 1994 and is owned by Annelie Gildenhuys and Stella Ndlazi. We have built an enviable reputation in the market for quality training and consulting provision during this time.

ANCOR EMPOWERMENT offers a holistic, practical and expert assistance to executives, Human Resources Managers and Line Managers. We successfully integrate the dynamics of people management with those pertaining to the overall strategic objectives of the clients we advise. We focus our activities on effectively facilitating individual and organisation capabilities.

COMPANY BACKGROUND

ANNELIE GILDENHUYS heads up ANCOR EMPOWERMENT. Our experience in the field of Human Resources, Diversity and Equity Management and Employee Relations, Arbitration and Litigation has been gained over a twenty-year period.

Annelie Gildenhuys established herself as a management advisor with a differential. We do not formally market or sell our services as all our work results from word of mouth referrals.

Karl Schilling heads ANCOR EMPOWERMENT CAPE.

ANCOR EMPOWERMENT has assisted many small, medium and large operations successfully since 1994. This firm is characterised by long term relationships with our clients based on our passion for world class consulting.

All our facilitators have been accredited as facilitators, assessors and moderators. All our learning material has been aligned to register Unit Standards.
